Thank you for choosing Emerald Lawn Care!  This site allows you to manage your lawn care account online and at your convenience.  You may pay online with confidence - our secure connection is 100% PCI compliant and no credit card information is stored on our site. 

If this is your first time using the customer portal, please follow these instructions:
1) Click the blue "Create a Login" button.
2) Enter your customer number from your proposal, your house number (the number only, no street name), your zip code, and your email address, then click the green "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation email to complete your registration.

Existing customers: If your password does not work when you try to log in, you may need to reset it to comply with the most recent security requirements.

Once you have logged in, if you are making a payment please choose the correct payment option:
1) Prepayment = one payment now for the whole season. Please be sure to select the "Prepay" option (NOT "Make a Payment" or "Auto Pay"). Exception: if you see a credit balance remaining at the end of the season and wish to prepay for next season, please select "Make a Payment" and enter the correct amount (= your prepay total - your credit balance) to avoid an overpayment.
2) Autopay = payment charged to your card on file on the day of service for the amount of that service. Please go to the Payment tab and select the "Auto Pay" option.
3) Installments = a fixed amount charged to your card on file on the 28th of each month. This cannot be set up on the customer portal; please call us at 847.392.7097 to set up installments.
